3.5 By purchase of Gendelve Inc. Subscription you agree to the following:

3.5.1 You retain ownership and rights to any of your Content (Tokens & NFTs or Bitcoins) in your timestamp server address(wallet), and you provide us with a broad, royalty-free license to make use Content, hashes & timestamps & compute available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. Conversely, we provide you a license to use the Software we provide, solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Software and to gain ownership of the intellectual property generated from your content.

3.5.2 Your use of the Softwate is at your own risk: We provide Software on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and we disclaim all warranties, responsibility, and liability to you or others to the extent permitted by law. The Gendelve Assembly may change from time to time, and we may limit or terminate availability of the $ASIBOL Gendelve Assembly Stack or particular features to you or other $ASIBOL users at any time.

3.5.3 You have remedies and redress mechanisms, but our liability is limited to the price you paid for $ASIBOL. You have a right to terminate this agreement at any time by selling $ASIBOL and discontinuing use of the GendDelve Assembly Stack.

Gendelve Inc. grants you (and by installing or using the software you accept) a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right and license to install and use the software for your personal, non-commercial use on a single computer (which may include, without limitation, compatible devices, equipment or peripherals) subject to the terms of this license.
